I'm taking part in the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival 2015 and helping to raise much needed funds for Caresouth.
This September, I’m going to be sweating it out and doing my best to complete a gruelling course over the Harbour Bridge, around Sydney's CBD and finishing at the Opera House steps... 42km
I am honoured to be a part of this amazing race and helping a great cause, and I’d really appreciate your support in this endeavour.

CareSouth
Everyday Back-up
Based in southern NSW, and completely not-for-profit, CareSouth offers help in a number of ways – from advocacy and community development, to foster care, early intervention programs, disability services, clinical services, mentoring and more.
We started in 1992 having seen a great need in the Shoalhaven for a dedicated care organisation. We’ve grown a lot since then and have offices across the Illawarra, South Coast, Southern Tablelands and Western NSW. We're able to offer support and care for children, young people, families and individuals, referred to us.
We remain a not-for-profit community organisation and registered charity – led by a voluntary Board of Directors.
Helping up. Not handing out.
Our vision is to create a positive future for children, young people, individuals, families and communities, providing opportunities in which people can enhance their quality of life.
