Story
I'm part of Cerebral Palsy Alliance's Marathon Team - The Green Machine! in the Blackmores Sydney Marathon on 20 September and raising much needed funds for Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
The Green Machine! are a team of experienced runners – skilfully led by Steve Birnie, James Alderson and Fintan Diviney
plus an amazing support crew – who will help push me and three other determined young people with cerebral palsy the full 42km course of the Blackmores Sydney Marathon.
We'll complete the gruelling yet stunning course through Sydney, while raising money for a cause close to all of our hearts.
Last year The Green Machine! crossed the finish line in 4hours 12minutes!
The Green Machine! really needs your support this running season. Feel good knowing your donation will help babies, children, teenagers and adults and adults with cerebral palsy reach their full potential. Every $1 you donate will help make this a reality.
We'll do the hard work - Your part is easy!
In 2013 the marathon team completed the marathon with Lia Sintras (pictured). Please be inspired by ‘Lia's Dream’

Cerebral Palsy Alliance has raised $83,665 through running events since 2013 and have built an accessible playground in South West Sydney and helped fund our vital Conductive Education program.
